Adeola Adedewe

Founder/CEO of Kredete

Adeola is a first-generation African immigrant who migrated to the US many years ago and has carved a unique path in the business world, blending social consciousness with entrepreneurial drive. Once Adeola exited and moved back to Africa, he saw the amount of fees that was deducted from sending money to himself from the US to sub-Saharan Africa. He realized that building credit as an African immigrant is a challenging task and knew firsthand there’s a credit-building problem and remittance issue for Africans globally.


Having successfully navigated two business exits, Adeola is now building Kredete, a platform that helps African immigrants in the US build credit through international money transfers across more than 20 countries in Africa. His work not only reflects his business acumen but his deep-seated belief in empathy, community, and the transformative power of understanding and support.
